Every year, an estimated 1.6 million youths find themselves without a home in the United States, a sobering reality brought to light by comprehensive research conducted by the Williams Institute at UCLA. Alarmingly, the LGBTQ+ community bears a disproportionate brunt of this crisis, representing up to 40% of the homeless youth population.
For many LGBTQ+ youths, the path to homelessness is paved with rejection from their families and communities, leaving them in a precarious position with scarce resources and fragile support systems. The ensuing stress and trauma can exacerbate the risk of mental health challenges, substance abuse, and engagement in dangerous behaviors.
Our LGBTQ+ youth are not only battling the threat of homelessness but are also confronting pervasive bullying and discrimination—particularly those who choose to express their identities in ways that defy gender norms. The myriad manifestations of bullying—physical assault, verbal abuse, and cyber harassment—can have profound and lasting impacts, sowing seeds of anxiety, depression, and despair and heightening the risk of suicide. Studies reveal a distressing truth: LGBTQ+ youth are up to five times more likely to attempt suicide than their non-LGBTQ+ counterparts.
We extend our hands and hearts to these resilient but vulnerable individuals, offering a refuge of love, acceptance, and empowerment. Our mission is to create a world where every young person, irrespective of their sexual orientation, gender identity, or expression, feels valued, secure, and loved. A world where the light of understanding, respect, and equality dispels the shadows of rejection and discrimination.

Our Mission
Our organization is dedicated to serving a critical need within our community. We understand that at-risk LGBTQ+ youth face unique challenges, such as societal pressures, discrimination, and isolation. To tackle these challenges, we aim to transform empty malls, shopping centers, and office buildings into safe housing, inclusive spaces, and community centers. Our goal is to promote self-expression, activism, and connection within the LGBTQ+ community for unhoused and at-risk LBGTQ+ youth. We want to provide a place where they can find acceptance, support, their chosen family, and a sense of belonging.
A cornerstone of our mission is championing opportunities for young LBGTQ+ entertainers, fashion designers, stylists, makeup artists, and more. As a form of art and self-expression, performances such as Drag can serve as an avenue for individualism and a powerful catalyst for activism and community-building within the LGBTQ+ spectrum. By nurturing and promoting these young talents, we want to cultivate environments where members feel seen, celebrated, and empowered to express their true selves.
But our commitment doesn't end there. We firmly believe that when LGBTQ+ youth are furnished with the right resources, mentorship, and community support, the boundaries of their potential expand exponentially.
